Our Story

Watch Keeper

Our Story · Two Decades of Collecting. One Standard for Protecting It.

Every case we make had to earn a place next to the watches we own ourselves.

Watch Keeper started the way most honest products do — with three collectors who were tired of choosing between cases that looked the part and cases that actually protected anything. Between us we've spent almost two decades acquiring, trading, and living inside the collector world. We built Watch Keeper because nobody else was building what we actually wanted to own.

The Founders

Three Collectors. One Standard.

The Surgeon

Collector · Cartier & A. Lange & Söhne · Two Decades in the Trade

A practicing surgeon by profession, and a serious collector for almost twenty years — Cartier and A. Lange & Söhne anchor the collection, alongside pieces from across the map. Deeply plugged into the collector world, this is the eye that keeps Watch Keeper honest to what collectors actually want, not what's easy to manufacture.

The Pain Doctor

Physician · Co-Founder, Aslan Watches · Collector & Entrepreneur

Co-founder of Aslan Watches, and a physician who has built relationships with thousands of clients across the watch trade. That volume of conversations builds a different kind of knowledge — not just which watches are desirable, but where brands, markets, and collector taste are actually heading next.

The Entrepreneur

Co-Founder, Aslan Watches · Serial Business Builder

Owner of multiple businesses across several states, each one built from the ground up — not inherited, not bought in. Some have scaled into seven-figure operations, but the process never changes: learn the trade cold, build the systems, then scale without breaking what made it work. Childhood friend of the Pain Doctor, and the one who turns a shared conviction into an actual operating business. One vision, shared since they were kids: build the best-quality case, sold at a fair price — nothing inflated, nothing cut.

The Problem

The Market Had Options. It Didn't Have a Good One.

Every case on the market seemed to fall into one of two categories: absurdly overpriced for what amounted to foam and a zipper, or cheap enough to match — flimsy, badly finished, built by someone who has clearly never actually owned the watches going inside it.

So we spent months finding the right manufacturing partner. Then more months in prototyping — testing zippers, interior linings, stitching, and case rigidity until pieces stopped shifting and scratching. We ran real beta sales before we ever called anything final, watching how actual collectors packed, traveled, and lived with the cases day to day. What came out the other side is Watch Keeper — inspired by the colors collectors already know by heart, handmade, and finished the way we'd want it finished if it were going on our own shelf.

Our Philosophy

The Standard We Hold Ourselves To

01

Collector-Built, Not Guessed At

Every decision — the suede, the cushioned slots, the zipper pull — was made by people who actually own the watches these cases are meant to protect.

02

Fair Price, No Compromise

We refused to accept the industry's choice between "expensive" and "cheap." Watch Keeper exists because that shouldn't be the only choice.

03

Tested Before It Ever Reached You

Nothing in this collection skipped the testing phase. What you're holding is the version that survived it.

“We didn't start this because we saw a gap in the market. We started it because we couldn't find a case good enough for our own watches — so we built one.”
