Domestic shipping (United States)
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, sent insured and with tracking. Orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 1–3 business days; personalised (monogrammed) cases may need 2–4 extra business days for embossing.
International shipping
Worldwide delivery is available; rates and options are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delays, loss and damage
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur. Every shipment is insured — if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through the store's contact options and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Address changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible; we can update it any time before dispatch.
